• Where can I view my mortgage statements?
  You can register to view your mortgage statements at www.plainscommerce.com Click on the Banking Log In drop down menu in the upper right hand corner and select Online Essentials (Personal). Follow the instructions to register.
• How can I make an escrow payment only?
  To make an additional payment to your escrow, you will need to mail a check to Plains Commerce Bank, PO Box 90809, Sioux Falls, SD 57109.
  
  It’s important that you write escrow only payment on the memo line of your check.
• How can I make a payment to principal only?
  To make an additional payment to your principal balance only, you will need to mail a check to Plains Commerce Bank, PO Box 90809, Sioux Falls, SD 57109.
  
  It’s important that you write principal only payment on the memo line of your check.
  
  In order to pay extra to your principal balance online, you must include the additional amount with your total regular payment in one lump sum when you pay online.
• Can I call Plains Commerce Bank to make a payment over the phone?
  Yes. Please call 1-866-937-1134 for Customer Care. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CT.
• Where can I find my 1098?
  You can access your 1098 at www.plainscommerce.com through your online banking login.
• Why is my total regular payment and total amount due different?
  Your Total Amount Due reflects any past due payments and/or late charges.
